Boron Nitride (BN) ; Molecular Weight: 24.82
Boron nitride material has high thermal stability, chemical stability and electrical insulation. It also has high thermal conductivity, dielectric properties and easy to process products. Its melting point is as high as 2800 ℃. It is not only a typical electrical insulator, but also an excellent heat conductor.
1) BN is the only ceramic that can be machined, and the machining accuracy reaches 0.01mm;
2) The insulation strength is 2300V / cm, which is 8 times that of Al2O3; RT resistivity at 1000 ℃ > 10? 7? 9Ω.cm；
3) Excellent thermal shock resistance, 100 times recovery from 20 ℃ to 1000 ℃ without damage;
4) It does not react with common metals (iron, copper, aluminum, lead, etc.), rare earth metals, precious metals, semiconductor materials (germanium, silicon, potassium arsenide), glass, molten salt (crystalline stone, fluoride, slag), inorganic acids and bases.
